Since discussing a collaborative project over the last decade, Slant Heddshotts and Aztech from Hybrid Thoughts have finally spoken it into existence. Being the only 2 Asian American emcees to make a name for themselves in New England, they felt that there wasn’t a more perfect time to drop their project, Munmu of Silla. With production from CLOAQXDAGGER, Mello Dee (Heddshotts), Mindspawn and Pilze Beats, Slant and Tech bring that classic, hard hitting boom bap feel, while also addressing their stance of the on-going racism towards Asian Americans.

But if that isn’t enough to get you amped, the first track has been released and the visualiser is below. ‘I Could Have Nothing‘ is one dope AF joint. The production is killer and instantly has you hooked with it’s creativity and authentic vibe, while also being different to a lot of stuff coming out of the underground right now. I can’t front, I spun this numerous times and even hit the homie up to say “this is one of the best beats of 2021 by far”.
